Phil Aves is the Chair of the Lowestoft Rising Educational Partnership, which brings together schools and cultural partners to assist to bring culture to life for all young people in Lowestoft. Lowestoft Rising also supports schools to raise aspirations in our young people through a variety of methods. Connecting people and organisations to do the best for the people of Lowestoft is our overall aim.
