Alistair McGowan: The Piano Show
Join comedian, impressionist and musician, Alistair McGowan for an evening of some beautiful piano pieces from Bach to Debussy, from Greig to Glass and a fair sprinkling of comedy interludes and his trademark impressions.
All proceeds will go to Britten as boy statue campaign.

A Christmas Celebration
The Pakefield Singers present a celebration of Christmas, fundraising for Lowestoft’s Britten as a Boy statue. Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols will form the centrepiece, along with works by other composers, living locally. The choir’s patron, Zeb Soanes (Classic FM) will present the concert and read his children’s story Gaspard’s Christmas, with its carol by Jonathan Dove and live illustration by James Mayhew. There will be a chance to win James’ beautiful artwork in the interval raffle.
What Bliss is Home!
A fundraising concert from Benjamin Britten’s hometown for the Britten as a boy statue campaign. Live music featuring performances from: The John Ward Trio, Finn Collinson, The Blow-Ins, Britten Pears Arts Group A young voices, Musicians from Suffolk County Music Service and a virtual appearance by The Young’Uns.
Benjamin Britten Lowestoft Statue Fundraising Gala
Celebrating 110 years since Britten's birth, this dazzling gala programme features vocal and instrumental music by Britten and the composers he revered, including readings and memories from eminent musicians including Dame Janet Baker. Hosted by Sir Thomas Allen and Zeb Soanes.
Pakefield Postcard Auction
The 10th Pakefield Postcard Auction will raise money for the Britten as a Boy Statue. The exciting live auction of 143 original postcard-sized artworks will be held at the Hotel Victoria, just a few yards from where the statue will be erected.
